As the EA to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring the CEO''s activities are as efficient and effective as possible. A large part of this is stakeholder management and liaising with other Execs during a few pivotal milestones for the business. It will also include extensive global travel booking and complex diary management.

Description

As the EA to CEO in London, you will:

• Manage the CEO''s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Prepare and organise materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with drafting and proofreading correspondence and documents.
• Support the CEO with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain effective communication and liaise with key departments within the organisation.

Profile

A successful EA to CEO should have:

• Proven experience in a similar executive support role at a FTSE business or highly demanding environment
• Excellent on MS office
• Able to prioritise and multitask effectively
• Excellent stakeholder management credentials

Job Offer

You will be paid 90k-110k with a very generous bonus and benefits.
