3 Month FTC Immediate Start Hybrid Working We''re supporting a well-established professional services organisation in the search for an experienced HR Services Advisor to join the team on a 3-month fixed-term basis. This is a varied, client-facing role providing practical HR advice and guidance across a broad range of employee relations and employment law matters. Key Responsibilities Provide HR advice and support to clients across a range of industries. Manage a variety of Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance matters. Deliver commercially focused, practical employment law guidance. Review and update HR documentation, policies and letters. Build strong relationships with clients and deliver an excellent advisory service. Maintain accurate case records and work within agreed service levels. About You We''re looking for someone who has: Previous experience in an HR Advisor role. Strong Employee Relations experience. Good working knowledge of UK employment law. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
