This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with experience in commercial litigation and civil dispute resolution who is looking to manage a varied caseload while contributing to the continued expansion of a successful department. The successful candidate will advise a broad range of clients on complex and high-value disputes along with playing an active role in business development, building professional relationships and supporting the firm''s long-term growth. Key Responsibilities The Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for managing a broad range of contentious matters, including: Commercial disputes, including shareholder, partnership and director disputes. Commercial and residential property litigation. Contractual disputes and breach of contract claims. Professional negligence matters. Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings. Insolvency-related disputes. Defamation claims. Restrictive covenant and post-termination disputes. Managing County Court and High Court litigation from initial instruction through to resolution. Representing clients during negotiations, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
