Our Client are a multi-office international practice with nearly 200 staff across Architecture, Engineering, Project Management and Interiors. They are advocates for the use of Technology in construction and have built a reputation of being leaders in the use of Revit and BIM, as well as being able to complete complex projects through construction. They also have an award-winning design team.The company have several large-scale projects in London including a 450 unit new build hotel in central London which is at stage 4 and they will see through to completion, in addition to a 700 unit residential scheme in London (which they designed) which is at stage 3 and they will see through to completion.In addition, they have a landmark, design-led multi-unit residential project, which is at Stage 3. This 430 unit residential project is phase one of a larger 1000 unit scheme.The Opportunity

It is a significant and important project, and the Senior Architect will be working closely with the Client, Contractor and the Partner of the London studio. In the short term-this is an opportunity to lead a great project. In the longer term, the idea is that this Senior Architect will become a member of the senior leadership team, so needs to have an interest in helping make strategic decisions and oversee the work of others.The Requirements

Experienced Architect, Technologist, Technician or equivalentExperience working on UK-based projects with knowledge of UK building regulationsExperience of working across work stages 3-5Experience working on multi-unit resi or mixed use schemesMinimum of 6 years'' experience in professional practiceGood Revit knowledge is desirableExperience delivering mid or large projects on site.The Package
