In this role you will be expected to work to the highest standards, producing high quality work assisting with the general maintenance of our leisure centres and managing the redecoration and monthly schedules to ensure properties are maintained in an excellent decorative condition.The successful applicant will need to be self motivated, enthusiastic and outgoing with previous maintenance experience.You will be responsible for completing planned, routine, breakdown and reactive maintenance across the site.
