Full study support will be provided within this apprenticeship, as you progress through accountancy qualifications and seniorityApprentice Accountant Job Responsibilities Trainee accountant to undertake a formal training contract to study for their ACA or ACCA qualification. Undertake bookkeeping to trial balance, prepare VAT returns and reconcile balance sheet accounts. Prepare annual Statutory Accounts and Corporation Tax returns. Also prepare some client payrolls, personal tax returns, assist on audits, and develop, document and update new procedures and systems. Ad hoc assignments as necessary.Apprentice Accountant Job Requirements GCSE Maths and English, preferably grade 6 or above. Three relevant A Levels, including Mathematics, at Grade B or above is preferred.
