Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing Source high-quality talent using our internal database, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards internal databases and referrals. Draft and post engaging job adverts to attract talent. Proactively build pipelines of talent and work closely alongside your team/manager to understand upcoming projects and requirements. Candidate Screening Review CV''s and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and motivation. Brief candidates on suitable roles and interview processes. Check right-to-work documentation, qualifications and references. Relationship Management Schedule candidate interviews with clients and deliver constructive feedback. Guide candidates through offer negotiation, acceptance and onboarding stages. Keep our internal database updated with accurate candidate records.
