Be part of a highly experienced Global Client Compliance team. This role supports the management of commercial audits across WPP Media''s global agencies, contributing to contractual governance and compliance. The Senior Analyst will assist in the daily management of the audit process, maintain data and process integrity, generate and analyse reports, and oversee critical systems such as Red and Green. Located in a dynamic, international media environment, the role offers opportunities to deepen expertise in commercial and compliance.
Responsibilities
Support the agency client audit program across global clients and coordinate the compliance/commercial teams and markets.
Develop and maintain understanding of key commercial contracts.
Provide daily assistance on the audit process and maintain the audit tracker and related documentation.
Communicate audit notifications and review non-disclosure agreements and audit scopes prior to peer review.
Organise briefing meetings; review and verify briefing documents.
Manage self-certification processes and trackers; collect and summarise data and perform initial reviews.
Collect and analyse closing meeting minutes ahead of peer review.
Review draft audit reports and draft responses ahead of peer review.
Draft management representation letters ahead of peer review.
Manage insurance certificates.
Post-audit reporting, review, and market remediation management.
Reporting And Data
Maintain consistency, integrity, and accuracy across all data of the compliance team; provide training on filing protocols.
Produce regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses (e.g., audit tracker status).
Upkeep of policies, training requirements, and market/client specific information/databases.
Collate and analytically review financial/contractual reporting.
Red and Green
Maintain the system and manage users.
Ensure compliance with SOx/statutory audit requirements.
Review and verify Red/Green statuses prior to and after posting into the system.
Provide training and support for agency commercial/contractual projects.

Qualifications
3 years plus of industry commercial/financial/audit experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable Experience
Experience working with contracts.
Advanced Excel skills, including Power BI.
Desirable experience in audits.
