Groundsman (Arboriculture)
Location: St. Helens, covering contracts across the NW
Hourly Rate: £14.25-14.50, dependant on skill level and experience
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time
Working hours: 40 hours, Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:00
About the role
We provide a range of Arboricultural Operations including tree removals, crown thinning/reductions/lifting, deadwooding and tree planting, as well as ongoing tree maintenance. We are now looking for a talented and experienced groundsman, to join our growing team in St. Helens. Requirements
* Proven experience as an Arborist, with an eye for detail and passion for high quality tree care.
* Excellent understanding of arboriculture, safety protocols, care andamp; maintenance of all equipment, plus the ability to undertake operations safely and competently, with a can-do attitude.
* Working closely with both internal andamp; field-based teams and clients, you will help drive operational excellence and uphold the company''s reputation in forestry and arboriculture services.
* Strong organisational andamp; communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels.
* Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
* Hold Relevant Industry Qualifications - training to upskill can be provided to progress career
* CS30 / NPTC 201 - Level 3 Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross-cutting
* CS31 / NPTC 202 - Level 3 Felling Small Trees andlt;380mm
* CS32 / NPTC 304 - Level 3 Felling and Processing Medium Trees (380-760mm)
* A06 Woodchipper ticket beneficial
