1:1 Teaching Assistant - Northampton

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

We are seeking a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Northampton from September. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored support to a pupil, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and socially.

The Role:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support plans.
• Encourage independence, engagement, and positive behaviour.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development.
• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
