The Role As an Area Manager, you ll lead a high-performing team of up to 12 field based product sales advIsors across a designated UK region. You ll be the driving force behind their sales success, coaching, development, and daily execution. This is a field-based role requiring regular, in-person team visits to provide hands-on support and leadership. You''ll champion performance, identify new retail opportunities, and strategically match stores with your team s individual strengths maximising impact and unlocking sales potential.
