Key Responsibilities of the Paint Sprayer role; Prepare vehicle bodies and components for paint application (masking, sanding, filling, and priming) Mix and colour match paints to specification Apply primer, basecoat, and clear coat using spray equipment Carry out polishing, rectification, and finishing work as required Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards Maintain spray booths, tools, and equipment in line with health and safety procedures Work to production schedules and deadlines What we need from you for the Paint Sprayer role; Proven experience as a paint sprayer, ideally on commercial vehicles, HGVs, trailers, buses, or similar Strong knowledge of paint processes, materials, and spray equipment Ability to work from job sheets and technical specifications High attention to detail and commitment to quality Understanding of health and safety in a paint shop environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits of the Paint Sprayer role: Competitive salary ..... full job details .....
