An established business is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support its finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you''ll assist with month-end processes, transactional finance, and multi-entity accounting.

This role is ideal for someone AAT Level 3 qualified (or studying) looking to build on existing experience.

• Support month-end close (journals, accruals, prepayments, reporting)
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain fixed assets
• Produce reports and support forecasting
• Process purchase ledger and supplier payments
• Manage sales ledger, invoicing, and credit control
• Post bank transactions and complete reconciliations

• AAT Level 3 (qualified or studying)
• Previous finance or accounts experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good Excel skills
• Organised and proactive
