Overseeing a cluster of several engineering teams, the Director is tasked with innovating within a crucial business area. The Director must be a proponent of Agile principles and understand how to operate in a modern product-led software development with teams focused on outcomes in a regulated environment. - Plan and execute technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, coordinating resources, managing risks, and monitoring project progress.
