Are you an Operations Manager, Factory Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Plant Manager?

We have an opportunity for a hands on, experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established, multi-site food manufacturer. This role will solely be responsible for Operations, Production and Hygiene functions, working alongside Technical and Engineering on the SLT.

You will ideally have 5+ years operating at SLT level and from a multi-site, fast paced food manufacturing background. You will be well versed in site turn arounds, culture change, process improvement, CAPEX projects.

You will be responsible for developing Health and Safety procedures, implementing CI techniques and projects, meeting internal and external food safety and customer standards, proactively engage with other departments and internal stakeholders.
