Payroll Administrator

We''re recruiting for a full-time Payroll Administrator to join a well-established and friendly business that provides healthcare services across the UK. This is a permanent, office-based role working Monday to Friday.
You''ll join a lively and supportive office environment where the finance and recruitment teams work closely together. The business is family-run with a long-standing team, offering excellent training and stability.
The Role
Working as part of a 5 person finance team, you''ll support with the weekly payroll for a large number of healthcare workers, and provide administrative help to the recruitment and compliance teams. Duties will include:
- Processing payroll
- Issuing invoices and handling finance queries
- Supporting with Right to Work, DBS, and compliance checks
- Helping with general admin and coordination tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate
We''re looking for someone with a solid grounding in admin and a genuine interest in building a career in finance or payroll. Experience in payroll is a bonus but not essential, as full training is provided. You''ll need to be highly organised, accurate with data, and a good communicator.
