As the Head of care you will be supporting the home manager with daily supervision of all staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care in a manner that maintains and promotes dignity, privacy, choice, rights, fulfilment and independence. Previous supervisory experience within a care home or care environment is required, along with experience in writing and updating care plans.
