Cleaning Operative – Education Setting (Enhanced DBS Required)

  Pertemps Wolverhampton are recruiting an experienced Cleaning Operative / School Cleaner to work within an education setting in Wolverhampton. A fully enhanced DBS check is essential for this role.

 
The Job:

 

•  Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas
  
  

•  Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
  
  

•  Using cleaning equipment and materials safely
  
  

•  Following health, safety and safeguarding procedures on site
  
  

•  Working as part of a facilities team in a busy school/college environment
  
  

•  Previous experience as a Cleaner, School Cleaner or Cleaning Operative (education or similar environment preferred)
  
  

•  Must hold a valid fully enhanced DBS certificate
  
  

•  Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
  
  

•  Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
  
  

•  Friendly, professional and aware of safeguarding responsibilities
  
  

•  £12.21 per hour
  
  

•  Monday to Friday – 15:00–17:00 (part-time, 10 hours per week)
