This is an excellent opportunity for an NMC-registered nurse with previous leadership experience within a nursing home environment to join a resident-focused organisation committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The Role As Deputy Manager (Clinical), you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant operation of the service.
