This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build hands-on litigation experience within a highly regarded and growing department that acts for Registered Providers of Social Housing, private landlords, developers, and local authorities across England and Wales. This is a busy litigation environment offering genuine advocacy opportunities and regular County Court exposure. The Role You will support Solicitors and other fee earners while progressively building responsibility for your own caseload. The work is varied, fast-paced and court-focused. Possession proceedings (rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, breach of tenancy, unauthorised occupiers) Injunction applications Disrepair claims Leaseholder disputes and forfeiture proceedings General housing management advice Key Responsibilities Assisting with the day-to-day management of litigated files Drafting claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements Preparing trial bundles Managing multiple court deadlines across a varied caseload Liaising with Courts, Counsel, and clients Attending hearings and assisting Barristers Conducting advocacy in the County Court on routine matters Maintaining organised and accurate files Supporting clients with queries and progressing ..... full job details .....
