Site Manager - 3 Weeks - Bradford Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a modular fit out contractor, who are currently looking for a Site Manager to join them for 3 weeks starting on Monday the 19th of October. The successful candidate, will have experience working on modular fit out or shopfit projects, and the ideal candidate would also have a joinery backgorund due to scope of works. Key Requirements: Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets. MUST HAVE: In-date DBS Certificate or MOD Security Clearances Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects. Strong health and safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Key Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site operations. Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme. Maintaining high standards of HandS compliance. Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates. Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget. Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with relevant experience looking for a short-term contract.
