You will ensure candidates are fully compliant, legally cleared to work, and supported throughout their journey.Working closely with Recruitment Consultants, Candidate Management Partners, and external agency partners, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining the highest compliance standards.What You''ll Be DoingManaging all onboarding activities, including right to work checks, DBS checks, references, safeguarding, training, declarations, and compliance documentation.Monitoring onboarding progress and ensuring all deadlines are met.Ensuring candidates are fully cleared and ready to start on time.Resolving queries quickly and effectively through ..... full job details .....
