Internal Sales Representative
Job Title: Internal Sales Representative Reports To: Sales Manager Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 AM until 16:30 PM) - 40 hours per week PROFILE: Our client is a family-owned business based in Coventry, UK. They specialise in providing surface finishing solutions. The company manufacture a range of machines, the consumables and offer a subcontract finishing service. Their products are supplied into a range of industries from Automotive, Aerospace, Medical and 3D Printing. JOB PURPOSE: Overall, the role of an Internal Sales representative is crucial in supporting the external sales team, optimizing sales processes, and delivering exceptional service to customers, ultimately contributing to the company''s overall success and revenue growth. Lead Generation and Qualification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as databases, social media, and inbound inquiries. Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, trial reports, proposals, and presentations for clients. Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, product management, and customer service to gather necessary information and resources. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
