Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate Amada CNC press brakes Read and interpret engineering drawings Select and set appropriate tooling for complex bends Program press brakes using Amada controls Carry out first-off inspections and make necessary adjustments Ensure parts are produced to correct tolerances and quality standards Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance Work safely in line with health and safety procedures Liaise with supervisors and quality teams to resolve production issues Skills and Experience Required Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter / Programmer / Operator Strong experience working with Amada press brakes Confident programming at the machine (or offline) Ability to read and understand complex fabrication drawings Experience bending various gauges and materials Good attention to detail and quality awareness Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment ..... full job details .....
