Projects that are being delivered will be EWI, heat source pumps, under floor heating to street properties in the area . They are being delivered to low and mid rise tower blocks and scattered properties in Slough, Berkshire.On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Management of sub-contractors and direct operativesPAS 2030/2035 knowledge/experienceLead the site team to the best of your abilityManage delivery of works to specificationHave several direct reports to manage including RLO''s and office staffPre and post inspections of worksHealth and safety and quality checks My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects.
