Futures are working with a precision engineering business to appoint an Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate manufacturing activity across their CNC machining operation. This role has a strong operational focus, taking responsibility for production planning, workflow management, and operational performance across the shop floor and wider supply chain. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the required quality standards.
