Our in-person and online classes are suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to confident cooks.We are now recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to support our Cookery School in Central London.WHAT YOURE HERE TO DORepresent the companys high standards of personal presentation and behaviour at all times during a shiftDemonstrate efficient time keeping, presentation and workflowEnsure the plate and pot wash areas are functioned to high standards as required at all timesTo maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and up-keep of equipmentTo contribute to the building of the team and efficient team spirit as well as having an active interest in employees welfare, safety and development.WHAT A KITCHEN PORTER NEEDS TO KNOWTo maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all departmentsTo ensure you have a thorough understanding of and adhere to internal regulations in particular the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, food safety and COSHHTo be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capacity as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.WHAT WE OFFER IN RETURN
