As a practice in their surveying department they undertake planned maintenance, dilapidations, party wall work, project monitoring, project management, building surveys and HMO related work. The ideal candidate would be a MRICS or AssocRICS Building Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. You will have experience of completing structural and building surveys, undertaking inspections, examining properties for acquisition and to have experience working on commercial properties.
