Key Responsibilities:Privacy Operations and Administration:Oversee daily privacy operations activities across the EMEA region.Maintain accurate privacy records, trackers, registers, and documentation to ensure audit readiness.Monitor and manage privacy intake queues and shared mailboxes, ensuring timely resolution of requests.Coordinate follow-up actions and facilitate the completion of privacy-related activities.Prepare privacy reports, metrics, dashboards, and management updates. Record of Processing Activities (ROPA):Create, maintain, and update ROPA records in compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate and document processing activities.Conduct periodic reviews to ensure ROPA records are accurate and up-to-date.
