Overview

Senior Associate - Intellectual Property Disputes located in Birmingham, Manchester, or Nottingham. The ideal candidate will possess experience in IP litigation and dispute resolution with strong technical knowledge in intellectual property law and a proven ability to lead complex IP disputes and mentor junior team members. Experience in both contentious and transactional IP matters is desirable, with a strong emphasis on contentious experience.Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex IP litigation matters such as patent infringement and trademark disputes.Advise on IP dispute resolution through mechanisms including mediation and arbitration.Handle multi-jurisdictional IP enforcement and manage urgent interim relief applications.Conduct IP due diligence in corporate transactions.Provide strategic advice on IP portfolio management and enforcement of online IP rights.Qualifications
