Augusta Care is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Support Worker to join it’s supported living care team in Peterborough.As a senior support worker you will deliver support to our service users with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour within their own homes. Acting as a role model for your team, you will champion independence and ensure outcomes are achieved for the People we support.You will be supervising your own support team, ensuring supervisions and team meetings are conducted on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for ensuring good communication between the service and head office, disseminating information as received and ensuring compliance at all times.Starting pay is £13.25 per hour, increasing to £13.55 per hour after probation with a £1 per hour enhancements for weekends.* Sponsorship is not available for this role.
