Cloud GatewayAs a Solutions Architect, youll play a critical role in supporting our sales team by translating customer needs into technical network solutions. Youll partner with account executives during the sales process to assess client requirements, design effective solutions, and articulate the technical and business value of our products.You will have a strong knowledge of traditional network technologies as well as experience with cloud and software network methodology as well. Serve as the technical lead in the sales cycle, collaborating closely with account executives to understand client needs/opportunities, objectives and challenges.Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects and clients, offering insights and recommendations that align with their long-term goals.Work with account executives in maintaining and cultivating relationships with customers to ensure account retention and growth.Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) and pilot engagements, managing timelines, configurations, and success criteria to demonstrate real-world value.Collaborate with Product and Engineering to recommend new features or custom configurations when needed to meet complex requirements.Proposal, Documentation and Technical WritingRespond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with clear, accurate, and persuasive technical content.Contribute to internal sales enablement efforts by creating demo environments, use case collateral, and training materials.Mentor and help upskill the broader sales team on technical selling.Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Presales Consultant).- Strong understanding of Core Networking Technologies and Architecture (Routing and Switching) from leading vendors including Cisco and Juniper (ideally in a service provider network environment)- Familiarity of Cloud Architecture and Cloud Networking with Public Cloud Vendors, i.e. AWS, Azure and Google- Private medical insurance including dental and optical allowances- Life assurance-25 days holiday per annum, increasing one day each year of service up to 30 days- Your birthday off each year in addition to annual leave- Generous pension scheme which the company pays 7% into- Quarterly all paid company socials from games nights to speed boats down the Thames!- Cycle to work scheme- Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Leave
