The ideal candidate will:
Have experience supporting children or young people in an educational setting.
Be patient, understanding and adaptable to pupils'' individual needs.
Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
Be confident supporting learning activities and helping pupils remain engaged.
Be proactive in creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
Work effectively alongside teachers and other support staff.
Experience supporting pupils with additional needs would be beneficial.
