The Group Financial Controller will lead the Group''s financial control, reporting and compliance in a fast-moving, private equity-backed entertainment business, and will play a key role in developing a best-in-class finance capability to support the group through its next phase of growth. This is a broad, hands-on leadership position with responsibility for driving financial discipline, enhancing reporting, strengthening controls, and supporting strategic initiatives across the group.
