We are seeking a proactive IT Systems Administrator to take ownership of the internal IT support function and play a key role in shaping the future technology landscape.Reporting to the IT and ERP Systems Manager, you''ll be the primary IT contact for approximately 100 users across Head Office, depots, and some remote locations. This is a hands-on role that blends 3rd line support, systems administration, user engagement, and project work, with a strong focus on moving from legacy on-prem systems into the Microsoft Cloud.Responsibilities:Acting as the first and primary contact for all internal IT support queries, maintaining excellent relationships with end users across the businessProviding 3rd line support across hardware, networking, and applicationsMonitoring servers and business-critical services to ensure maximum uptimeUpdating and maintaining business applications where requiredTraining and supporting staff on security, password policies, and cyber awarenessCreating and delivering an IT induction plan for new employeesDevelop and maintain technical documentationWorking closely with third-party support vendorsPlay an active role in all upcoming IT and digital projects.
