We''re looking for a Data Analytics Director to take a senior leadership position within our analytics function. This is a pivotal role that combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client leadership. You''ll oversee advanced analytics frameworks, guide data-led decision making, and lead a talented team to deliver world-class marketing insights.Working closely with internal stakeholders, media activation teams, and clients, you''ll ensure data and technology are fully embedded into our campaigns.Key Responsibilities

Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, building trusted relationships and shaping long-term analytics roadmaps.

Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights through data storytelling and compelling reporting.

Design and oversee advanced measurement frameworks, including attribution modelling, forecasting, and experimentation.

Lead on the adoption of marketing technologies such as CDPs, data clean rooms, and MMM.

Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, and external partners to ensure data and analytics enhance campaign performance.

Develop relationships with major media and tech platforms to bring clients best-in-class opportunities.

Line manage and mentor Managers and Analysts, providing training, guidance, and career development.

Contribute to agency-wide innovation projects and strategic initiatives.

Skills and Experience

Experience in marketing analytics, ideally within an agency or in-house digital marketing team.

Proven expertise across key channels: programmatic, video, paid social, and paid search.

Strong background in advanced analytics: statistical modelling, attribution, forecasting, and testing frameworks.

Excellent grasp of marketing technology and data infrastructure, with experience leveraging mar-tech and ad-tech ecosystems.

Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; proficiency in SQL, R, or Python desirable.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills; confident translating data into strategic recommendations.

Previous experience line managing and coaching teams.
