I am assisting my client in Berkshire recruit for an Interim Construction Project Manager.

The role is solely focused on helping oversee the final stages of a large construction project that is both Part Retrofit and Part New-Build.

Role

• Manage and oversee the final stages of large scale retrofit and new-build projects
• Deal with Sub-contractors, endure work is being carried out to a high standard
• Carry out occasional site visits to ensure work is on-time and on-budget

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications, ideally CIOB
• Extensive project management experience, both retro fit and new build is desirable
• Local Authority/Public Sector background is also desirable

Package

• 3-4-month initial Contract, until project is completed
• Working 3 Days a week, 1 day on site, 2 days fully remote
