Someone who can support, motivate and encourage the children with their learning and act as a positive role model. If you are looking for a rewarding and satisfying job, this role is for you. The school caters for pupils aged 4-11 with complex learning difficulties including autism, speech and language disorders and challenging behaviours. All pupils have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The successful candidate will ideally have had experience of working with children within a school setting. Experience of using PECS, Makaton etc would be an advantage.
