to lead their global payroll services.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage weekly payroll operations (Umbrella and CIS).
Oversee onboarding and support for workers, including handling queries around tax, pensions, and compliance.
Deliver exceptional service to clients and workers, ensuring SLAs and business objectives are met.
Lead technology integration projects and process automation initiatives.
Recruit, train, and manager a high-performing payroll team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and reporting requirements.
Liaise with clients and internal developers to build bespoke payroll solutions.
What we''re looking for
Proven experience in payroll operations within the recruitment sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for improving systems and processes.
Experience with bank recs and preparing trial balances is a plus.
