A leading care provider is seeking a dynamic and visionary Care Director to shape and oversee their expanding residential portfolio for Young people & Young Adults. You’ll be the driving force behind service quality, safeguarding, growth, and stakeholder engagement.

Key focus:

• Lead Registered/Home Managers, inspire accountability and excellence

• Ensure homes meet and exceed CQC & Ofsted standards

• Develop new services, manage regulatory compliance and risk

• Chair key governance and safeguarding meetings

• Build strong partnerships with local authorities and commissioners

• Influence business growth and sector innovation

Essential:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)

• At least 5 years’ senior leadership in Mental Health and or Challenging Behaviour services 

• Strong regulatory knowledge, experience with CQC & Ofsted inspections

• Strategic communication and operational skills

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
