Based in Aldgate, we specialise in selling and letting London''s most unique homes - from warehouse conversions in Shoreditch to Victorian school redevelopments in Clapham. We are now looking for a well-organised, proactive and confident administrator to support our fast-paced team and help keep the operation running smoothly. The role: This is a hybrid role supporting our sales team with a varied range of responsibilities. Key tasks include onboarding new clients, conducting AML checks, booking photographers, co-ordinating surveys and helping prepare properties for launch. You''ll be a key player in keeping sales on track and files compliant, with occasional support across our busy lettings department and general operational admin. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with clients, liaising with suppliers and helping co-ordinate activities across the busy sales and lettings teams.
