Your daily tasks will include: mould Preparation: Prepare moulds and apply release agents to ensure the smooth production of components. Hand-Lay Techniques: utilise hand-lay techniques to work with fibreglass, resin, and gel coats, ensuring top-notch quality. Quality Checks: Perform thorough quality checks on finished products, maintaining our client''s high standards. Trimming and Cutting: Trim, cut, and finish GRP components according to specifications, ensuring every piece is flawless. Laminating Processes: Engage in various laminating processes, including wet lay, infusion, or vac-bagging, to enhance the product quality.
