Working with the customer service team, you will provide service, maintenance and installation services to a range of clients including hospitals and clinics.Responsibilities:Perform servicing, maintenance, installation and upgrading for medical equipment.Maintenance of test equipment and tools.Ensure customer satisfaction and contractual terms/ SLA are met.Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.Escalate issues when needed.Adhere to relevant codes of conduct, safety, quality and regulatory requirements.Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time and to an acceptable standard.Attend product training sessions.Ensure the timely processing of parts.Requirements:HNC/HND in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.Field service experience from the medical industry (electrical equipment).Excellent IT skills (MS Office and an understanding of networks).Full UK driver’s license.Seniority level
