It has multiple dining options and is usually popular for function large and small, and an excellent site for corporate hire, it is an impressive and versatile building.The Role:The right Head Chef should be motivated and creative, have a passion for fresh food, be hardworking and a strong team leaderAs Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating fresh, seasonal dishes for their a la carte restaurant, working closely with the senior management teamYou will be responsible for training and mentoring junior members of the brigadeYou must have proven previous Head Chef experience within a Rosette or Michelin level establishmentSkills Required :The ideal Head Chef will have a real passion for high level cuisine and fantastic food presentationBe a strong leader and innovative with concepts and ideasHave knowledge of Menu Completion, Stock control and RotasVariety of shifts including splits, evenings and weekendDriver essential due to location.
