Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM FM is recruiting an FM Premises Manager to join the team at Solihull Schools and based out of Castlewood School. Working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. The Premises Manager will support the Assistant Facilities Manager to ensure that the services provided to the Authority are in accordance with the Service Agreement. Working 40 hours per week 7.00am - 3.00pm or 10.00am - 6.00pm. Your mission The FM Premises Manager is responsible for the effective operational management of all facilities services on site, ensuring compliance, safety, service quality, and cost efficiency. This role involves leading a team of in-house and/or subcontracted service providers, managing maintenance, soft and hard services, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure service excellence. • Oversee daily site operations across hard (e.g. MandE) and soft (e.g. cleaning, security, waste) FM services. • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements (e.g. HandS, fire safety, ISO standards). • Manage PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance schedules. • Monitor and manage contractor performance and SLAs/KPIs. • Lead site FM team including supervisors, engineers, and service personnel. • Manage FM budgets, procurement, and cost control activities. • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and align on service delivery. • Implement sustainability initiatives and energy ..... full job details .....
