You''ll be working 40 hours per week, 08:00am to 16:00pm, at Redmarley, helping provide a safe and healthy environment for the people in our care. Redmarley is a specialist residential service with nursing, designed to support people with mental health conditions and other complex needs. Our nurse-led team provides a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic home environment. We empower people to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives. Your day-to-day Provide a comprehensive maintenance and repair service Carry out a range of tasks including basic joinery, plumbing, painting and general building work Maintain plant, services and vehicles in working order Comply with safe working practices and report faulty equipment and potential hazards Travel to other sites and on occasions be on call to carry out emergency repairs outside of normal working hours Check the fire alarm points weekly, including fire exits, door retaining devices and fire emergency lights Why Cygnet?
