Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Account Manager to join a creative and innovative leader within the design and manufacturing industry. Working with an impressive portfolio of prestigious, high-end brands, you will play a key role in managing customer relationships, handling enquiries and providing a consultative service to understand and deliver on client requirements. Working closely with Project Managers, you will help ensure projects are delivered seamlessly while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience as an Account Manager within the design, creative or manufacturing industry
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively
• Commercial awareness with a consultative approach to customer requirements
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Experience working alongside Project Managers or cross-functional teams
• Experience managing projects within a design and manufacturing environment
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Proactive and flexible approach to work

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide a consultative approach to understanding project requirements.
• Work closely with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
• Provide customers with quotations, project updates and ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
• Ensure exceptional levels of customer service are maintained while supporting business growth.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

As an Account Manager, you will also be expected to:
