Coordinate the annual product testing schedule in collaboration with external laboratories. Manage internal non-conformance and supplier reject systems, ensuring effective documentation and resolution. Support new engineering projects through the APQP process, with a focus on plant-level involvement. Drive internal PPM (Parts Per Million) improvement initiatives and lead problem-solving activities. Assist cross-functional teams in resolving quality issues using 8D methodology. Oversee calibration schedules for all internal equipment, including internal checks and coordination with external calibration providers.
