Contracts Manager

to oversee firestopping and passive fire protection projects across Oxford. Projects range from 50k-1m and may include two major projects (500k each) or 5-6 smaller schemes.Responsibilities

Manage delivery of firestopping, boarding, and passive fire protection works.Oversee site teams to ensure high quality, safety, and compliance.Monitor project progress, budgets, and variations.Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and site teams.Requirements

Minimum 6 years'' experience in passive fire protection (less considered for exceptional candidates).Strong knowledge of firestopping, boarding, and passive fire protection.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Full UK driving licence.Apply or contact
