Personal Assistant to Directors
We are looking for a reliable Personal Assistant to support in the day-to-day management and administration of 2 company directors within a growing Lloyds MGA. This shared PA role focuses on managing emails, general office administration, and recurring tasks that help keep the directors focused on higher-value work.You''ll be trusted to handle communications professionally, prioritise workload, and bring structure and efficiency to day-to-day operations.Key responsibilitiesReading, prioritising and responding to emails on behalf of directorsGeneral office and administrative dutiesManaging recurring tasks, reminders, and follow-upsDiary coordination and meeting organisationHandling incoming calls and correspondenceLiaising with internal teams and external contactsSupporting ad-hoc tasks as requiredAbout youStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident written communication and email managementComfortable supporting multiple senior stakeholdersProactive, dependable, and able to work independentlyGood IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)Previous PA or office administration experience preferredWhat we offer£25,000 to £40,000 dependant on experience (Please note for someone expecting the top end of the salary, you will need previous PA experience gained within the London Insurance market)35 hours per week Monday to FridayStable, permanent roleOffice-based position in EC3A (Greater London)Varied responsibilities with trust and autonomyFriendly, practical working ..... full job details .....
